I grew up on Hicken Farm in Manteca, right in the heart of California’s Central Valley. Nine years ago, I joined Pollination Contracting—a company my grandmother co-founded over 50 years ago to connect local almond growers with the bees essential to their success. Working closely with farmers to help them secure strong crops and smooth pollination seasons quickly became a passion.
Through a bee convention, I was introduced to one of the most inspiring organizations in the Farm, Ranch, and Equine industry. After meeting the owners, Mark and Heather Miletello, I was offered a partnership opportunity that aligned perfectly with my values. I realized I could support farmers in an even greater way—by helping them protect what matters most through tailored insurance solutions, often while saving them money.
I’ve found a true home with a team that shares my dedication to agriculture, personalized service, and protecting the livelihoods of the people who feed our world.
Outside of work, I’m proud to be married and raising three wonderful boys. They keep life busy, fun, and full of purpose—much like the work I love doing every day.
